Return Policies: Each of our artists have slightly different return policies. Some of our artist's jewelry have a 30 day return policy and others have a 7 day return policy. Please read about return policies on the individual artist pages. Please email us if you are unsure about the return policy by the particular artist or product they offer. All products must be returned in new and unused condition.
The return policy starts at the time you receive your product. If you return your product within the return policy stated we will credit your credit card the full amount minus the shipping charges.
Diamond Policy: All our diamond sales are final sales, however, you can purchase your diamond and examine it for 48 hours. If for any reason you are not happy with it, we will gladly refund the full purchase price less any shipping charges incurred. If you choose this option you must review the diamond before we make a custom ring for that diamond. You cannot return a diamond once the custom ring has been made. Our Diamonds come with a Lab Certificate from an independent gem lab so you can rest assured that your purchase is exactly what you have ordered. If you would like, we will be happy to send a copy of the lab cert with your stone for viewing.
Custom Rings: All custom made rings are final sales. Please be sure to verify your ring size for most custom rings will have a charge to remake or rework the ring. Please ask about policies before ordering so you can be sure.
Platinum Rings: Due to the high cost of platinum. All our platinum rings are custom made and are final sales. Please verify your ring size to ensure you are ordering the correct size. Remake fees can be as high as 30%.
Price Matching Policy: If you have seen a similar ring model available elsewhere on the Internet at a lower cost, we will try our best to match the price and lower it by a further 5%. You must email us first with a link of where you found the ring and we will confirm that the ring is simular enough to consider it the same. Once verified we will email you the total price for the rings and you then can order online or by phone. Our Price Matching Policy applies to our rings, but not all of them, so please verify with us before ordering. Usally lower price rings and custom requests do not apply to our price matching policy so again please email us first. In the end, we do reserve the right to discount and of course will if we can.
For Diamonds and gemstones we will do our best to match and even beat the price but we cannot guarantee since our prices are very competitive.
Damaged Products: Contact us immediately at furthers@yahoo.com when a damaged product has been received. Ship the product back to us and we will send a replacement at no charge. Damaged products should be reported within the 48 hour period after receiving the merchandise.
Where to Return Artist Hand Made Products: Return all products back to the artist and notify Furthers.com that you have returned the product. Once the product is returned and in possession of the artist, we will credit your accounts minus shipping costs. All products must be returned in new and unused condition
