Mr. Boone offers free exchanges for his wedding bands within 30 days of receipt of your ring. However, you must pay the return shipping and in following cases remake / restocking fees apply.
- - the titanium tension set stone rings have a restocking charge of 20%
- - the titanium inlayed rings have a 35% restocking fee. Titanium rings can be made larger by about .5 of a size but not smaller. if a new ring has to be made the remake fee applies
- - all tungsten rings have a 20% restocking fee. Tungsten rings can only be made larger by .25 of a size but not smaller. if a new ring has to be made the remake fee of 20% applies.
Please follow these directions exactly:

4. Place a detailed note in the shipment explaining exactly what you need done and the urgency, if any, with a return address.
5. for Wedding band exchanges Include a check for $19.00 for overnight return shipping or 6.00 for regular mail made out to "Boone Titanium Rings". If you require a remake fee please add to this check.

7. If you are returning your ring for refund, you will be credited once your ring is received back by the artist. You will be credited for the full amount minus shipping charges and restock fees that apply.
