Returning Your Titanium Ring by Mr. Pless

for sizing or refund

 

Mr. Pless charges 25% of the rings retail cost to make a new ring for you.  Unfortunately, Titanium Rings cannot be resized unlike Gold or Platinum Rings.

To return your ring for resizing or refund please follow these directions exactly:

 

1.         Your ring must be sent to Mr. Pless, the artist, at:

2.        Insure the ring shipment for its full retail value.

 

3.        Verify your ring size by at least 2 jewelers. 

           Also, have the ring you received measured to ensure you received the correct size.

 

4.        Place a detailed note in the shipment explaining exactly what you need done and               the urgency, if any, with a return address.

 

5.        Calculate the 25% charge and process at our blank order form online Add                $8.00 for shipping, Rush shipping add $16.00.

7.         If you are returning your ring for refund, you will be credited once your ring is                received back by the artist.  You will be credited for the full amount minus                shipping charges.
