Returning Your Ring

for Resizing

 

 

To return your ring for resizing please follow these directions exactly:

 

 

1. Your ring must be sent to the designers at:

Attn:  Bette

2.    Furthers.com will issue a FURTHERS RETURN AUTHORIZATION number (Furthers RA#)

that must be written on the outside envelope of the package.     

 

 

3.     Insure the ring shipment for its full retail value.

 

 

4.    Verify your ring size by at least 2 jewelers.  Also, have the ring you received measured

to ensure you received the correct size.

 

 

5.    Place a detailed note in the shipment explaining exactly what you need done and  the

urgency, if any, with a return address.

 

 

6.        EXCHANGE FEE:   

                14k rings have a $150 exchange fee + $18 shipping and handling

               Platinum Rings and 18k gold rings have a  25% exchange fee + $18 shipping and handling
