4. Place a detailed note in the shipment explaining exactly what you need done and the urgency, if any, with a return address. Please also notify Steve Reaver by email at lordwill@comcast.net so we can watch for your package.

7. If you are returning your ring for refund, you will be credited once your ring is received back to us. You will be credited for the full amount minus original shipping charges and any restocking fees that may apply.
